I've been shooting for about as long as I can remember. As the kid of two hugely talented parents - a photo journalist father and a fine artist mother - I think I was pretty much destined to fall into the craft. Growing up, I remember slinging along a Kodak Instamatic on school fieldtrips and eating up Polaroids on all kinds of other crazy things. As my eye "matured," I developed a real appreciation for vivid, contrasting colors, the power of natural lighting and the drama of black and white. Over the years, I've been published lots and have garnered some awards, but I get my biggest charge just capturing a shot that goes deeper than the paper it's printed on. After years advancing through mountains of film, I'm now almost completely Nikon digital. One thing, however, hasn't changed...I still love and respect creative, constructive feedback. So feel free to visit the guestbook and the store. Neither ever closes! Thanks for visiting! Andy
